About Us

GateLine AI was created to solve real-world security challenges faced by residential communities.

Our Story

Our founder, Jacob Aharon, served as a board member in a large HOA, where he personally reviewed more than five access control systems in search of a reliable, modern solution. Each option fell short—either in functionality, support, or long-term value.

That changed when Jacob discovered the Alocity security system. He was so impressed by its advanced technology, user-friendly design, and powerful AI capabilities that he chose to build GateLine AI on the Alocity platform and represent it directly.

Today, GateLine AI provides a complete, AI-powered access control and visitor management solution tailored for HOAs, condominiums, office buildings, and other communities, combining video intercoms, license plate recognition, QR code access, and real-time cloud control into one seamless system.

Though we currently operate across South Florida, we are actively planning to expand into new regions. Beyond residential communities, we also serve commercial and office buildings, hotels, educational institutions, student housing, and senior living facilities—offering scalable, secure, and easy-to-manage access solutions for every type of property.
