Gateline AI has introduced an AI Model that uses its door and building access logs at your condominium to score the likelihood that a unit is being rented on Airbnb by detecting patterns that correlate with short-term rentals.

We use face snap shots to track “residents” or guests as they use the resident’s access method. A high number of mismatches could be weighted heavily in scoring.
