Gateline AI has introduced an AI Model that uses its door and building access logs at your condominium to score the likelihood that a unit is being rented on Airbnb by detecting patterns that correlate with short-term rentals. Data we use from your Akuvox system logs: Date & Time of entry, Name of person (resident or guest), Type of access used (Fob, QR Code, PIN), Face recognition match (if activated)
